Where we ship
We ship across India. For bulk or institutional orders outside India, please contact our sales team.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as the courier scans your parcel.
Delivery time
Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 working days; other locations in 4–7 working days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free across India on all device and bundle orders. There are no hidden handling charges.
Failed delivery
If a courier cannot reach you after three attempts the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch.
