What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and shipping address when you place an order, plus the device identifiers needed to deliver your stories. We never collect audio or video from inside your home.

Children's data

PaperTalks is designed for children but sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. The device has no microphone, no camera and no advertising.

How we use it

To fulfil your orders, deliver story content to your device, provide support and — only if you opt in — send occasional product news. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. Full payment credentials never reach our servers.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@papertalks.in.
