Ownership & content

The PaperTalks device is yours to keep. Story content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the audio or visual content.

Story bundles

Story bundles are purchased a-la-carte and delivered to your device once. Once purchased, stories remain on your device permanently. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals — you buy only what you choose to buy.

Warranty & liability

Devices carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty from date of purchase. Physical damage from drops, water, or misuse is not covered. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
