When you can return something, and how the money comes back.
If a device arrives defective, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The device must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
Because story bundles are delivered to your device immediately and permanently, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a bundle fails to deliver, we will re-deliver it or refund it in full.
Write to support@papertalks.in with your order number and a short description of the problem. Our team responds within one working day.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned device.
If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
